Welcome

The beautiful summer residence Villa Bäckhaga is situated on the lake Skagern, in the border area of the Swedish regions Västergötland and Värmland. It is surrounded by fields, forest and a unique lake district. Guests visiting Villa Bäckhaga will experience the astonishing landscape and the impressive wild-life so typical of Sweden.

Being situated in one of the most beautiful regions in Sweden, full of lakes, Villa Bäckhaga offers access to several fine lakes – all within convenient distance. The lake Skagern is within very short walking distance (300 m) from the residence, and the largest lake of the country, Vänern, is only a short drive away (10 km). We also recommend you to visit the lake Unden (30 km drive) and the second largest lake of the country – Vättern (60 km drive).

Regardless of whether you seek relaxation with a good book by the lake, or need physical exercise for your personal stress relief, Villa Bäckhaga provides every opportunity to individualise your holiday. Bring your significant other, your children, relatives or friends, and experience a relaxing vacation in a Swedsih idyll.

Getting a tan by the lakeside, swimming, boating, canoeing, cycling, playing golf, hiking, fishing fish and crabs, collecting mushrooms and going on excursions – these are only some examples of the many leisure time facilities available in Delebäck and its surroundings. Please read more about Leisure Activities and Excursion Destinations in the relevant section.

Villa Bäckhaga accomodates up to 12 guests, and is very well suited both for families with children and for smaller groups. The large premises surrounding the house offer a lot of space for fun and games. However, the residence is very convenient for couples and small families, too, as the house can be divided into two separate holiday residences to meet your specific needs and wishes.

Whenever you need to take a time out,

You are very welcome to Delebäck and Villa Bäckhaga!
